Adobe AIR 2.7 for Android has been released for desktop and Mobile. Adobe AIR 2.7 brings the runtime for Flash Player 10.3 with new features that enable Android devices to run outside of a browser. Adobe AIR will not support desktop Linux anymore. Adobe AIR app will be expected to run on over 200 million smartphones and tablets, including Android devices, by the end of 2011, according to the company.

AIR installation on SD cards for Android devices: The latest feature allows Android users to install or run the AIR on the SD cards inside the devices in order to provide free up storage space on Android phones.
